Meet the Siepmann Realty Team

Progressive Developments. Nostalgic Service.

Crackling from the fire pit. Laughter from the pool. Wind blowing through the trees. What sounds like home to you? Whatever it is…that’s the sound of life in a Siepmann Realty neighborhood. To us, building communities is about much more than developing lots, accessing utilities, paving streets, and building houses. Our team believes that creating a vibrant neighborhood means embracing the natural beauty of the land and ensuring architectural diversity, while planning for how they both change and mature over time. For three generations, our family has followed a philosophy rooted in developing quality communities. Through creative land planning, open space design concepts, architectural foresight, and attention to detail, our goal is to develop a property that grows into a community and one that homeowners are proud to call home.

James P. Siepmann

Jim joined Siepmann Realty after finishing college in 1981. His start was much like his father’s, learning the business from the ground up, seeing each facet of the development process unfold one step at a time. He learned the “art” of land development by spending many hours with his father driving around properties, reviewing all the communities, and comparing them with the competition. Jim now serves as President with oversight of all development, new construction, and property management. His primary focus is on the development phase from site acquisitions to planning and government approvals. “I love working with our customers to share our vision of a community that we have created and to see their dreams fulfilled when they build and move into their new home.”

Chris joined his father (Jim), aunt (Karen), and uncle (John) at Siepmann Realty in 2021. After 7 years of financial work in Utah for a fast-growing PE-backed outdoor sporting goods company, Chris is looking forward to integrating what he has learned in the outdoor industry into the family business. Much like his father, he attended the University of Utah, graduating with a BS in business administration, with an emphasis in finance. He grew up working landscape duty for the company and has always admired what the company has accomplished – especially in terms of land conservation. After spending the last 11 years in Utah (with the past 7 years spent in the outdoor industry), nature and recreation space are extremely important to him. He currently serves as Vice President of Operations and will be handling property management, overviewing finance and budgeting, as well as real estate sales and acquisition. “I love to see people outside enjoying the miles of beautiful trails Siepmann Realty ensures are in each development”.
